Please refer to our conversations or your invoice for confirmation of your shoot time and location. If your session is on location somewhere then i will have sent you a drop pin (if it wasn't a well known location), although in a lot of situations location is still to be determined. If your session is here at the ranch the address is 5701 North Old Stage rd Mt Shasta Ca 96067. Its a little yellow mailbox on the west side of the road and a 300 foot dirt/gravel drive, please stay parked on the gravel not off on the dirt. It is a functional loop driveway for those of you hauling trailers. You are welcome to pet the goats through the fence but please do not pet the horses, some of them are naughty and think fingers are treats :)

The process and whats included with your sitting fee
After doing the first round of editing I will upload all of your images to a private online gallery. You can access the photos 2 different ways and instructions for that will be in your welcome email. Then you have the option to choose favorites for me to do a 5star edit on. This is where i do a deep dive and remove hairs across the face, remove acne, distracting objects and any other reasonable special requests. If some of those requests require a significant time commitment to perform then i will communicate additional pricing options. I like my clients to have options for preference of facial expressions and posing so i tend to cull images on the lighter side and let you pick from a larger selection. This means i shoot and upload alot. I will also leave extra photos in the group shots for families so I have the option and material to do face transplants if needed. So if you see a picture you love but not everyone is smiling or has eyes open then keep that in mind and let me know. This is a wonderful option with kids to guarantee you get everyone smiling.
Your session includes prints of the same value as the sitting fee you paid. For example if you paid $595 for a session then you will receive $595 in prints. Sample print pricing is listed below. Print credits are exchangeable for digitals with print release "rounded" and at 50% value. Print credits are for loose prints only. Framed prints are dramatically discounted already for Shasta Photography clients.
Your prints come in the form of a code that you use in your gallery at checkout (no minimum order) and are mailed directly to you. Half and full day rates do not include prints. Print credits are valid for one week and Images stay accessible for 2 weeks, after that it is a $50 fee to re access a gallery from archives

Sessions with your horse
*Come with your horse bathed, groomed and ready to be photographed. Please do not worry about small imperfections, bite marks or scars. I will touch up all of those during the editing process per your preferences.
*I will have you handle your own horse and will provide someone to guide their attention and ears.
*I will tactly and safely use a modality of tools to accomplish the desired emotions, starting out with mild prompts and working our way up the scale for those harder to satisfy bombproof horses :)
